1. Order processing time
● This is the time elapsed between the customer placing the order and the seller handing it over to the courier.
● Usually orders are shipped within 1 business days of order / payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
● Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
2.Shipping Cost & Shipping Time
● All our products are shipped for free with Standard Shipping.
● Shipment will be sent via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail (FCM) or USPS Airmail. We will select the carrier with the fastest delivery time based on your billing address.
● Laptop Chargers: Estimated delivery time 5 - 10 business days.
● Laptop Batteries: Estimated delivery time 7 - 15 business days.
● Auto Lamp Bulbs: Estimated delivery time 5 - 10 business days.
Total shipping time = processing time + shipping time
3.Tracking
● You will receive an email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Note: It may take longer during events or holidays.
● It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.
● If you can't track your parcel normally, please contact us, we will solve the problem within 48 hours.
4.Delivery time exceeded
● If your order is delayed, please contact us by e-mail info@iebuyshopping.com, we will check the situation with the transport company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
5.Change delivery address
● Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If you want to change address, please send us an email within 24 hours after payment. We are not responsible for incorrect or non-existent addresses.
6. Order cancellation
● We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If payment has been completed and your shipment has not been shipped, you may cancel your order prior to item delivery. We will refund the full amount of money.
● Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
7. Item not received
● Usually, we provide the tracking number and tracking link in a timely manner. If you don't receive the item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm this with the couriers and contact you ASAP.
● If the product is lost in transit, we will arrange an exchange for you and cover the shipping costs ourselves. Or full refund if you no longer need the item.
8.Tax information

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your item, we will process your return / exchange request. The request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure you contact us by email first (info@iebuyshopping.com).
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
● Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
● Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
● All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
● When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
2. Non-returnable items:
● Damage / loss caused by customers is not refundable.
3. General return process:
● Initiate a return: write to us at info@iebuyshopping.com with product photos and / or videos and tell us your order number. Our customer service staff will determine eligibility for a refund request within 3 business days.
● Return the item: If your return is approved, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to ship your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted）.
● Refund or Exchange: After receiving the return / exchange, we will inspect the item within 2 business days, then provide replacement or refund.
4. Return Fee:
● No processing fee charged to consumers for returning a product.
● If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, product quality problems), we will give you a full refund.
● If the return is due to a buyer's problem (such as: I don't like the item / want it, ordered the wrong product / size), the buyer should pay the freight and we will not refund the original shipping cost.
● If the product returned by the customer is damaged or lost in transit, we will contact the customer by mail within two business days to confirm the problem with the customer. If the customer requests a refund, we will deduct 20% of the order price and provide the customer with a partial refund.
5. Phrases:
● After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. If accepted, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
● If you don't receive your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company.
